Commonly known as Black Jack nobody seems to know if "Jackson" was his first or last name. The only thing that is generally known about him is that he didn't start out life in Gomorra as an outlaw.
Originally Jackson was a miner who staked a claim which happened to include a rather profitable chunk of Ghost Rock. Sweetrock drove him away, and he founded the outlaw gang known as the Blackjacks.
